Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to process orders and improve your experience — name, email, phone, and delivery address. Payment details are handled securely by our payment partners and are never stored on our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support@glowcart.com.
Terms & Conditions
By using GlowCart, you agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. Product images are for reference; shades may vary slightly due to screen settings. Prices and offers are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. GlowCart is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our products beyond applicable consumer protection laws.
Return & Refund Policy
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics, personal care items, and sale products marked non-returnable are not eligible unless defective or damaged on arrival. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. COD orders receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Standard delivery (₹49) takes 5–7 business days; Express (₹99) takes 2–3 days; Same Day delivery (₹149) is available in select metro cities for orders placed before 2 PM. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999. You will receive tracking details by SMS and email once your order ships.
Payment Policy
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹5,000 in eligible pin codes. All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Failed payments are automatically reversed; please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund. COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
